Young physician Dr. Pavan Patel (MD) from Surat paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Pravin Togadia, former International President of the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) and founder of the Antarrashtriya Hindu Parishad, during Dr. Togadia's visit to Surat.
